He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey C. Keiper Sr. and Arvilla Keiper (Smith). He is survived by: his children, Pamela (John Leiby) of Bowmanstown and Harvey T. Keiper (Lori) of Ashfield; his grandchildren, Ashley, Holly and Kyle; his close friend Harriet Visnosky; and his sister Harriet Franks of Pocono Lake.
