He was predeceased by: his parents, Hiram Dodd and Mildred Dodd (Reinard); his son Darian Dodd; and his siblings, Allen, Richard, William, James, Sr. and Jean.
He is survived by: his wife Gertrude Dodd (Sholes); his sons, Jason Dodd (LolaMarie) of Chambersburg, Jacob Dodd (Heather) of Brookville and Jonathan Dodd (Holly) of Virginia; and his brother Robert Dodd, Sr. of Sabula. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
