He was predeceased by: his parents, George Stuart and Rosa Jane Seibert Stuart; and his wife Arlene Hudsick Stuart. He is survived by: his daughters, Carol Thomas of Emporium and Sandra Tucker of Emporium. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; several, nieces and nephews.
