He is survived by: his wife Ramona Dinardi; his son David Shugarts of Needmore; his grandson Brad Shugarts (Denise) of Kistler; his great grandchildren, Paige Shugarts, Miriam Shugarts, Madeline Shugarts and Willow Shugarts; and his sisters, Shelva Rogers and Carol Harshbarger.
