He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin M. Foltz and Flora B. Foltz (Sample); his daughter Wendy Susanne Foltz; and his siblings, Ervin "Buck" Foltz Jr., William, Larry Foltz, Dora Mae Horner, Nettie Mottern and Gloria Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Foltz (Heffner); his children, Frederick "Rick" Foltz (Victoria), Tracey Bachman of Wrightsville, PA and Marcie Caine (Mike McCool); his grandchildren, Christopher Foltz (Holly), Ryan Foltz (Amanda), Brianne Johnson (Taylor), Brandon Bachman, Shayna Tegel (Alex) and Sarah Caine; his great grandchildren, Cameron, Charlotte, Amelia, Micah Foltz and JordiRae Johnson; and his siblings, Russell Foltz of Mill Village, PA, Earl Foltz and Annabelle Fuller. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
