Wheeler, III (Kim) and Leslie Wheeler Marrin (Rocky); his grandchildren, Laura Wheeler Devereux, Kathryn Devereux Burkholder, Kerry Wheeler Scott, Frederic "Ryan" C. Wheeler, IV and Isabella Adeline Wheeler; and his brother Arthur L. Wheeler. He was also cherished by 4 great-grandchildren.

“Many memories of uncle fred growing up in the 60s and 70s . It was a great moment many years ago when my son and i went down to visit "uncle fred" in unionville and my son, a green beret - airborne ranger presented uncle fred his wings on veterans day in tribute to his service in europe during wwii. It was a very heartfelt moment. Now, that entire generation of wheelers are gone and we miss them all! Sam wheeler”
