He was predeceased by: his parents, Verna Ring (Gaffron) and Frank Elmer Ring of McKeesport; and his siblings, David Ring, Kenneth Ring and Karin Haufman (Ring).

He is survived by: his wife Pam Ring (Everett); his children, Bradley Ring (Adrienne) and Brittany Ruffner (Nicholas Ruffner); his siblings, Ronald Ring and Doreen Peretic (Ring); and his grandchildren, Kinsley, Leah, Addison and Mason. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, a donation box will be at the service for donations to be made to the various organizations that Frank was involved with.
