He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Joseph Manco Sr. and Peninah Manco (Fullerton). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Smelko; his children, Kim Hubler (Douglas) of Brookville and Pat "Bud" Grube (Brenda) of Rossiter; his grandchildren, Jory Hubler (Nikki) of Brookville and Melanie Lazzari (Derek) of Indiana; and his great grandchildren, Alexandria Hubler, Coltin Hubler, Cecelia Lazzari and Connor Lazzari.
