He was predeceased by: his parents, Chesley G. Parks and Linny A. Parks (Fink); his wife Ruth J. Parks (Banks); his daughter Tina M. Boozel; and his siblings, Kenny Parks, Selwyn Parks, Luther Parks and Marie Lane.
He is survived by: his daughters, Annette L. Bilger, Terry L. Parks (Helen) and Michele L. Stains (Mark); and his siblings, Faye Funston, Alfred Parks, Beverly Corl and Jerry Parks. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
