She was predeceased by: her father James T. Wintz, Jr.. She is survived by: her mother Linda Wintz; her children, Ava, James, Jack and Sam Lledo; and her siblings, Lynne Marie Pyne (Chris), Amy Murphy (Pete), Marianne Donovan (Patrick), Jim Wintz (Regina) and Julia Maguire (Tim). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Dedicated to her profession, Izzi worked at several top local hospitals and was a travel nurse during covid.
