She was predeceased by: her parents, Karol Penswick and Josephine Penswick (Lubinski); her husband Paul J. Rutkowsky; and her sisters, Martha Sanders (Chester) and Mary Jane Huszar (Edward) of Westmoreland City, PA..

She is survived by: her children, Jean P. Lewis (Brad) of Canonsburg, PA, Ted P. Rutkowsky (Susie) of Honolulu, HI and Susan A. Rutkowsky of Salinas, CA; and her grandsons, Christopher Rutkowsky (Jenny), Andrew Rutkowsky (Lisa) and Ted P Rutkowsky Jr.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
