She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Albert and Mary Dorothy Gajan Zidek; her husband Glenn Howard Brooks; and her siblings, Albert Zidek, Mary Ann Stickel and Julian Zidek.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Carp (Jay) of Penn Craft and Glenn A Brooks (Julie) of Lakeland, FL; her grandchildren, Andrew Carp, Lauren Carp, Caleigh Brooks and Joey Brooks; her great grandchild Harper Collins; and her sister Deborah Zidek of Penn Craft.
