It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dora Strasavich in Penn, Pennsylvania, born in Sykesville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 7, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin LaBorde and Ollie LaBorde (Frantz); her husband Anthony Strasavich; her sons, Fred and Anthony Strasavich; her siblings, Bernice Zelinski and Junior LaBorde; and her daughter-in-law Donna Strasavich.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Brian Strasavich (Anneka), Todd Strasavich, Rebecca Pennington (Troy) of DuBois, Heidi Sawtelle (John) of DuBois, Holli Lashinsky (Brad) of Reynoldsville and Amanda Walters of DuBois; her great grandchildren, Cameron, Brandon Pennington, Noah, Madelyn Sawtelle, Laken, Kendall Lashinsky, Sophia and Roman Walters; and her daughter-in-law Mary Ann Strasavich. She is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
Due to COVID-19, all services will be private.
