She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick "Mike" Leithner and Marie Groll Leithner. She is survived by: her husband Gerald J. "Jerry" Burgess; her son Gerald Michael "JJ" Burgess (Sarah) of Easton, PA; her grandson Chase; and her siblings, Cheryl Bouse (Jerrold) of St. Marys, Karen Blashaw (Dave) of Johnsonburg and Kirk Leithner of St. Marys. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
