He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett Mankin and Gertrude Austin Mankin Fulmer; and his stepfather William Fulmer. He is survived by: his wife Lenore Leeper Mankin; his children, Nathan William Mankin, Tina Marie (Tracey Keller) and Donald W. Mankin Jr.; and his brothers, Emmett Mankin, Jerry Mankin and Leslie Mankin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
