She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Hoak and Virginia Hoak Smith (Echterling). She is survived by: her sons, Daniel Lichok III (Jennifer) of Delmont and Charles Lichok of Penn Township; her grandsons, Ian, Gavin and Nolan Lichok; and her sister Kathleen Hoak.
