He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth William and Beverly Flanders Sr. (Harris); his wife Patsy Minns; his children, David William Flanders Jr. of DuBois and Kelly Roop (Surrin) of North Carolina; his grandchildren, Nita Flanders, Meah Jean, Savanna, Emma and Sophie Roop; and his siblings, Kenneth Flanders (Shelly) of DuBois, Norm Flanders (Cindy) of Sykesville, Jeff Flanders of Ebensburg and Debbie.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the DuBois Alliance Church (1004 S Main St, DuBois, PA 15801). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
