He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Shula and Clara Shula (Dudek). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Shula (Caruso); his children, April Shula, Luke Shula (Wendy) and Rebecca Funk (Kyle); his grandchildren, Christopher Morris, Madeline Morris, James Faust, Cash Funk, Aaliyah Shula, Presley Funk, Ariana Shula, Jazzlyn Funk, Alexa Shula and Stevie Funk; and his brother Dennis Shula (Sue). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
