She was predeceased by: her close friend Miguel Aponte. She is survived by: her parents, Christina Gill-Lindsey (Raymond Lindsey) and Western C. Slingland, Jr. (Michelle Slingland); her close friend Tyress Battle; her children, Iyanna Aponte, Tyress and Jai; and her siblings, Western C. Slingland III, Joshua Campisi, Benjamin Lindsey and Jessica Campisi. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
