We are sad to announce that on November 2, 2022, at the age of 87, Charles Horvat Jr. of Penn, Pennsylvania, born in Westmoreland City, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Horvat and Jennie Horvat (Costellic); his wife Rosemary Horvat (Liprando); his children, Connie Mattei (Larry), Charles Horvat (Lori) and Curt Horvat (Carla); his grandchildren, Anthony Mattei (Amanda), Carla McDowell (Mike), Sam Mattei (Jaimie), Gina Swank (Ian), Emma Mattei, Jordan Bonner (Jim), Aaron Horvat, Adam Horvat and Avery Liprando; his great grandchildren, Mia, Sophia, Giuliana and Stella of Tony, EJ; and his siblings, Charlotte Benya (Daniel) and Larry Horvat (late Jean). He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins, and friends.
