He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl S. Houck and Helen B. Houck (Gicker); his siblings, Pearl Zimmerman, June Lesher, Clair G. Houck and Ruth Houck; and his pets, NaGo and CaVern.
He is survived by: his son Eric Houck (Amanda Houck); his grandchild Carter Houck; his son Todd Houck (Jen Houck); and his pet Freyja. He is also survived by three grandchildren, and Matt O'Toole and one grandson.
