She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Ickes and Betty Ickes (Slates); her grandson Donovan Schmidt; and her brother Jim Ickes. She is survived by: her husband Arnold J. Schmidt, Jr.; her children, Scott A. Schmidt (Marsha), James E. Schmidt (Heather), Tracie L. Mull (Bill Hazlett) and Arnold E. Schmidt (Ashley); her grandchildren, Kylie Schmidt, Celina Montgomery (Andy), Serenity Schmidt, Kayla Hall (Alex), Heather Henderson (Tony), Harlie Mull, Courtney Schmidt, Cody J. Schmidt, Abriana Flynn and Adalynn Schmidt; her great grandchildren, Nolan and Mia; and her siblings, Nancy Cline, Barbara Palmer, Patricia Critchalow, Raymond and Butch Ickes. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
