He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Diaz and Teresa Diaz (Eckert). He is survived by: his wife Francine Diaz (Tyahla) of Feasterville; his children, Bernard J. Diaz, Jr., Gabrielle Diaz, Christopher P. Diaz, Kenny, Alex Diaz and Jesse J. Diaz (Megan); and his grandchildren, Allison, Matthew and Samantha Diaz.

Flowers are welcome, but donations to the Bucks County SPCA in his name are also appreciated.
