He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Rinker and Arlene Rinker (Hess). He is survived by: his children, Jamie Marshall, Alton "Bubbs" Marshall (Bobbi), Wendy Prough (Tim), Stephanie Rinker and Dennis Hagans; and his siblings, Edward "Ebert" Rinker and Sharlene Worden. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
