Allen Dale Bundy Sr. Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Allen Dale Bundy Sr. in Penn, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 1, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Merritt Bundy and Susie Bundy (Spicher); his wife Bernice L. Tapper; and his sons, Joel and Clyde Bundy.
He is survived by: his children, Allen Dale Bundy Jr. (Lisa) of DuBois and Virginia Johnson (Charles) of DuBois; his daughters-in-law, Barbra Bundy of Salem and Susan Bundy of DuBois; and his siblings, Loretta Granger, Mary Jane Showers (Louis), Jessie Patchell (Don), Lewis Bundy (Patty), Marc Bundy, Cecil Bundy and Mabel Carlson. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Adamson Funeral Chapel (1312 Chestnut Ave, DuBois, PA 15801). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
