He is survived by: his wife Joanne Slack (McGuire); his children, Jamie Lentz (Patrick) and Albert Slack, III (Jess Vachon); his grandchildren, Xander, Delaney, Ryker Lentz, Lucien, Cole and Gavin Vachon; and his sister Beverly Panigal (Robert). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
