He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis James Koos and Ruthann Koos (Boros); and his sister-in-law Kathleen Koos (Mrenko). He is survived by: his wife Kelly Koos (Yanoschick) of Homer City, PA; his stepson Aaron Berezansky of Homer City, PA; his brother Erik Koos of Torrance, PA; his niece Seneca Koos; his sister Diana Mandekic of Derry, PA; and his nephew Ryan Mandekic.
