He is survived by: his father James Howell; his stepmother Michelle Turkowski; his mother June Howell; his brother Ryan Howell; his niece Alaiyah Turkowski; his grandmothers, Alma Guckert and Patricia Broker; his uncle Clifford Howell (Darlene); his aunt Patricia Kelly (Timothy); and his cousin Erin Kelly. He is also survived by several other cousins and numerous friends.
