He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Trunzo and Margarite Trunzo (Richtarsic); and his brothers, Don, Bill and Bob Trunzo.

He is survived by: his former wife Shelva Kunes of Weedville; his wife Sherry Trunzo (Gregorio); his nephew Joshua Clontz; his son-in-law Shaun McMackin; his close friends, John Hayes and Paul Rittenhouse; his pet Polo; his siblings, Jack Trunzo of Brockway, Paul Trunzo (Tressa) of Brockway, Tom Trunzo (Bernadette) of Brockway and Arlene Warheit (Jim) of Midland; his grandchildren, Christopher McMackin (Sarah) of Stamford, Kaleigh Ambrose of Cleveland and Erin Ott (Mike) of Clawson, Michigan.; his great grandchild Aiden Ambrose of Cleveland, Ohio.; his mother-in-law Norma Gregorio; his siblings-in-law, Karen Halpin (Mike) of Brockway and Blaine Gregorio (Sue) of Edgewater; and his nephew Josh Clontz (Jess) of Brockway.
