He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harold Barlow and Mary Judge Barlow; his wife Cheri Barlow (Rowinski); his sister Jane Barlow of Dunmore; his mother-in-law Nancy Rowinski of Scranton; his sisters-in-law, Judy Skoda (Joe) of Middletown and Margie Barlow (DeSanto) of Clarks Summit; his nieces and nephews, Nicole Myers (Chris) of Lancaster, Katya Barlow of Clarks Summit, Dan Skoda (Jen) of Columbia, Michael Skoda (Megan), Richard Skoda (Arraya Fickes) of Hummelstown, Daniel Cordaro (Lisa) of Ubud, Bali, Collin Barlow, Nicholas Myers, Chase Skoda and Patrick Ryan; his brother Lawrence Barlow; and his father-in-law John Rowinski.

Jim's spirit will live on through his generous donation to the Gift of Life Donor Program.
