She was predeceased by: her parents, Clair Elmer and Edna Ashbaugh (Treese); her husband John; her grandson Chadwick Eugene Adams; and her sisters, Edith Mae Ashbaugh and Betty Lynn Fadden.

She is survived by: her children, Lisa Adams, Barbara Kemp (Steve), Linda Nixon, Sonja Spieler and John Edward Stains; and her siblings, Ethel Shaffer, William, Kenneth Ashbaugh and Preceding Mary. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
