It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Eric Amick of Penn Run, Pennsylvania, born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 16, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Amick and Alice Amick (Wissinger); and his aunt Helen Foreman. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Amick (Kochman); his children, Heather Amick and Aaron Amick; his daughter-in-law Deborah Amick (Mitchell); his grandchildren, Landyn Amick, Alyce Wahl, Charlotte Amick and Nathaniel Amick; his brother Thomas Amick (Tom); his siblings-in-law, Stephen Kochman, David Polovina, Tina Kochman and Janice Kochman; and his cousin Jack Foreman. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
