She was predeceased by: her parents, William Kent Burdette and Eleanor Marie Burgess; her spouse Jan Carey; her brother Ronnie Burdette; and her aunt June.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Carey (Carolyn) of Penn Run and Cindy Palermo (Lou) of Apollo; her grandchildren, Nathan Carey, Louis Palermo, Zak Palermo, Nick Carey and Ely Carey; her great grandchildren, Lincoln Carey, Paisley Palermo and Ezekiel Carey; her nephew Shawn Carey; and her cousins, Judy and Diane.
