He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence L. Kunkle and Anna Kunkle (Mayer); and his brothers, Samuel and Ivan Kunkle. He is survived by: his wife Cathy J. (Fields); his sons, Timothy A. Kunkle and Kurt M. Kunkle (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Holly Kunkle, Owen Kunkle, Vivian Kunkle and Sabrina Kunkle; and his sisters, Theodora Emberg (Jim), Roberta Kunkle and Deborah Forschner (Jeffrey). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
