It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia A. (DiBiase) West of Penn Hills, Pennsylvania, born in White, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 15, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas DiBiase and Edith DiBiase (Restauri); her husband Kenneth West; and her son Wayne West. She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Fillar (James) of Plum, John West (Cynthia) of North Versailles, James West (Pamela) of Latrobe and Edith West of Penn Hills; her daughter-in-law Margene West of Boulder City, Nevada; and her sister Norma Vujatovich of Duquesne. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren.
