He was predeceased by: his siblings, Carol Shinn and Jean Anderson. He is survived by: his wife Madeline (Magnier); his children, Stephen V. Jochen (Crystal), Elaine Schuler (Troy), Christine Miller (Bob) and Karen Carney (Leo); his grandchildren, Madeline, London, Cody, Parker, Amanda, Benjamin, Rebekah, Andrew, Hannah, Leah, Leo IV, Joel, Caleb and Noelle; his brother Mark Jochen (Dee); and also Dylan Dowd (Erica).
