Pauline Jane Janakis Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 2, 2023, at the age of 84, Pauline Jane Janakis of Penn Hills, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John G. Janakis; and her siblings, Frankie, Michael Paonessa, Jr., Frances Bakos, Josephine Paonessa, Marie Antoinette and Thomasina Frances.
She is survived by: her children, Ross Janakis (Wendy), Lisa Purnell (William) and John M. Janakis; her grandchildren, Michael, Mario Janakis, Erin Purnell (Shea Matthews) and Kayla Purnell; her great grandchildren, Giana and Chase Matthews; and her brother Patrick Paonessa. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
