She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Patrick Daniel Eastley; her daughter Karen (Gusty Sunseri); her grandchildren, Tatiana, Atalya Lehigh (Chase) and Gusty; her children, Kelly Hoople, Calvin, Nick and Patrick (Alexa Eastley); her granddaughter Grace; her sisters, Marie Ashley and Phyllis (James Will); and her caregivers, Comfort Keepers and Harmony. She was also cherished by three children, six grandchildren and a future great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, Joan's family would appreciate a mass held in her honor or a donation to the American Red Cross.
