She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Ganter and Odessa Ganter; her siblings, Albert, Edward, Clarence, William Ganter, Leona Szulborski and Rosemary Holtzman; and her grandson Michael Perez, Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Albert; her children, Albert, Michael (Diane), David (Erin) and Theresa Petersen (Val); and her grandchildren, Christina, Matthew, Phillip (Lauren), Elise, David, Dominic Perez, Jessica Delaney (Ryan), Stephanie DeSimone (James), Daniel (Christy) and Sarah Petersen. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Thomas M. Smith Funeral Home and Crematory Ltd. (930 Center Ave, Blawnox, PA 15238). The inurnment will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests kind donations to the Northern Area Multi-Service Center's Meals on Wheels Program.
