She was predeceased by: her husband Edward J. Polens; her daughter Elaine Weinstein; her brothers, Joseph and Charles Crnkovich; and her parents, Joseph Crnkovich and Catherine Crnkovich (Gratter).
She is survived by: her daughters, Catherine Paich (Jeffrey), Darlene Polens and Arlene Schollaert (Robert); her son-in-law Bryan Weinstein; her grandchildren, Catherine, Michael (Anne), Noah, Therese Schollaert, Charlotte, Sydney and Samantha Weinstein; and her sister Mary Ann McMeekin (Thomas). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
