We are sad to announce that on January 30, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Albert Hammerstrom Jr. of Penn Hills, Pennsylvania. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Albert may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Albert touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Edna Mae Hammerstrom (Stitzel); his children, Linda McDermott (Phil), Debbie Kress (Joe), Nancy Possumato (Dave) and Alan Hammerstrom (Patty); and his sister Doris Wochley. He was also cherished by 8 grandchildren & 4 great grandsons.
