He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorenzo Ripple and Natalie Ripple (Louge); his grandson Joeseph Ripple; and his brothers, William and Erwin Ripple.

He is survived by: his wife Carol (Zimmer); and his children, Curtis Ripple (Shannon) of Treasure Lake, Cletus Ripple (Donna) of Sabula, Lesley Ripple of Clearfield and William Ripple of Clearfield. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
