Bortz Jr. (Penfield, Pennsylvania), born in Kittanning, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 17, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Bortz, and Sarah Bortz, Sr. (Hartzell); his son Kevin Bortz; and his brother-in-law Carmen Pachetti. He is survived by: his wife Brenda (Slagle); his son Lee Bortz (Renee) of Penfield; his daughter-in-law Ember Evans; his grandchildren, Gavin, Kimberly, Liam, Quinn, Gabriel and Christian; and his siblings, Jamie Bortz of North Carolina, Kevin Bortz (Patty) of DuBois, Van Bortz (Marlene) of DuBois, Dana Bortz of Ohio, Terry Bortz (Tammy) of Ohio, Stacey Davis (Bill) of Shermansdale, LouAnn Pachetti of Reynoldsville and Carol Lynn Gilbert (Dan) of DuBois.
