We are sad to announce that on December 2, 2023, at the age of 89, Shirley J. Smith of Pen Argyl, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Williams and Alba Williams (Perinotto); her husband Blaine Jennings Smith; her son Edward R. Kemp; and her siblings, Marlene LeDonne and Roger John Williams.
She is survived by: her son Dean M. Kemp (Tammy) of Pen Argyl; her stepdaughter Margo R. Smith-Baratta (Stephen G.) of Bethlehem; her grandchildren, Tyler Kemp (Sarah Barnett), Carson Kemp and Nico Baratta (Kellie McGlynn-Baratta); and her daughter-in-law Carol Kemp.
