She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kadlec and Mary Kadlec (Stianche); her grandson Benjamin Fry; and her sisters, Elizabeth Pavlik and Margaret Krovovic.
She is survived by: her significant other Charles M. Giltner; her daughter Cynthia Chryst (John H.) of Wind Gap; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Fry (Amy), Cory Chryst, Jamie Chryst, Brilee, Skylar and Rowyn Fry; and her nieces, Marian McManus, Gloria Krajnak and Margo Oley.
