He was predeceased by: his parents, James Clay and Dorothy Paulson Clay; and his sister Jane. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his daughter Patricia M. Clay (Lance Fox) of Staten Island, NY; his granddaughter Katherine Kelley; his sister Arlene Lederle (Roger) of Toms River, NJ; his niece Holly Lederle; and his nephew Roger W. Lederle (Victoria). He is also survived by children and grandchildren.
