He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Neffue and Rose Neffue (Nastasi). He is survived by: his wife Mary (Bubba); his children, Debra L. Wessner (Gary) of Kutztown and Joseph R. Neffue (Jayne) of Bangor; his grandchildren, Tara Lane (Dan Safranek), Briana Wessner and Alex Neffue (Ryan Cressman); and his sister Delores Fishler of Stroudsburg.
