She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip DePaulo and Grace DePaulo (Ferato); her son Gutchiston Sparrow; and her brothers, Frank and Adam DePaulo.
She is survived by: her husband John J. Kittek; her children, Renee'Bush of Point Phillips and Steve Sparrow of White Haven; her grandchildren, Ray, Gutchie Steven Jr., Crystal and Stephanie; her great grandchildren, Levi, Ayden, Mikyla and Kennedy; and her sisters, Grace Ruggiero of Pen Argyl and Marie Vonelli (Phillip) of Pen Argyl. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be offered to St. Elizabeth's Building Fund, 300 W. Babbitt Avenue, Pen Argyl, PA 18072.
