He was predeceased by: his parents, Augustus Knecht and Erma Knecht (Jones); and his son Robert Knecht. He is survived by: his daughter Judy Knecht; his close friends, Paul Hitzel, Cheryl Klingle (Barry), Rita Harkleroad and Karen Dugey (Randy); and his brothers, Allen and Sherwood Knecht. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
