She was predeceased by: her husband Richard J. Neffue; and her parents, Frank Bubba and Lena Bubba (Laurito). She is survived by: her significant other Penn Jersey Paving; her children, Debra L. Wessner (Gary) of Kutztown and Joseph R. Neffue (Jayne) of Bangor; and her grandchildren, Tara Lane (Dan Safranek), Briana Wessner and Alex Neffue (Ryan Cressman).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be offered to St. Elizabeth's Building Fund, 300 W. Babbitt Avenue, Pen Argyl, PA 18072.
